My 'land family'

Yes, the title does have an explanation...it's a bit of a play on words. People always talk about their landlords, but since the people living upstairs really consist of Mark, Diane and their 3 kids, (who have essentially adopted me) so they really are a 'land family' rather than just landlords. So every so often I will introduce you to one of them. Today's family member is Emily! She is very active and loves track. One night she wanted to practice for an upcoming meet and decided to time herself running 20 laps up and down 2 flights of stairs!!! It tires me out just thinking about it. So here's a video of her best race yet. Her team got first.
